Standard precision servo drives EP
The EP series planetary servo reducers are the result of an exceptional combination of competitive price/guaranteed precision in terms of operating functions. They are designed to be mainly used in the following applications: machining machines, woodworking machines, transfer machines, printing machines, automatic packaging machines, automation, mechanical arms, screen printing machines, linear guides. The EP series is available in 5 sizes with 1 or 2 levels of reduction.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Torque range T2M = 10 - 500 Nm
- Transmission ratios from 3 to 100
- The housing is made of special nitride steel, which ensures strength, high reliability and a long service life.
- Inlet and outlet flanges are made of aluminum and are available in types A, T, K.
- Shafts are made of hardened and tempered alloy steel. Two types of drive shaft are available.
- Gears are made of hardened and tempered alloy steel, with ground teeth.
- The bearings are of high quality and properly dimensioned to ensure long service life and quiet operation.
EXAMPLES OF USE
An example of mounting a planetary linear servo drive of the Tramec-EP series with a classic asynchronous electric motor. The connection is via an elastic coupling in the reducer. The reducer is 1 degree transmission ratio i=16
