High precision servo drives MTA series

The MTA series of high-precision planetary reducers represents the concentration of various technical solutions in one product, which enables the achievement of excellent performance and precision. This series consists of 5 sizes (16-22-32-40-55) with 1 and 2 reduction stages, with a range of ratios from 3:1 to 100:1 and capacities that cover the needs of countless applications in different sectors: ROBOTICS, AUTOMATION , PRINTING MACHINES, AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MACHINES, MANIPULATORS, etc.

TECHNICAL DATA

Spherical cast iron housing, properly machined to ensure strength and stability. In addition to the mounting holes, the solid square flange has two additional holes for reference pins that tighten the coupler at the bottom of the reducer.

The internal bevel teeth are attached directly to the housing and provide strong response to the high torques produced by inversions in AC operation.

The output shaft is made of alloyed and hardened steel. The satellite gear seats are in one piece with the shaft; this ensures the perfect position of the satellite, which is supported on both sides.

Planetary gear carrier: made of alloy and hardened steel and locked with two bearings for a fixed and precise position.

Input bushing: hardened and tempered alloy steel, supported by a bearing on the output shaft to ensure maximum alignment at all times.

Clamp: Built in light alloy to ensure low moments of inertia.

Gears: The pinion and satellite gears are made of hardened and tempered alloy steel with beveled base profile teeth to improve performance and increase quietness.

Inlet flanges: made of aluminum are available in several versions to obtain a combination with several types of servomotors.

Bearings: High quality bearings, properly sized to ensure long life and quiet operation.

Seals: sliding oil seals, suitable for use at high temperatures.
