Elastic transmission shafts and couplings

Made of CNC machined aluminum. Elastomer is available in different Sh-Shore strengths (92,94,96,98).

Applications

Simple installation thanks to the two-part clamp (type C).

The radial assembly allows disassembly of the elastic insert without removing the parts.

Electrical isolation between parts. Handles of any length (DBSE) to order or standard length up to 3m.

Application example: elastic coupling for the drive of the lifting spindle.

Rotation speed 1500 min-1, due to long lengths >3m, transmission shafts are supported on bearings, which prevents oscillations.
