Elastic compensating couplings transmit the torque via elastic connecting elements, which can compensate for movements and rotations of the shaft. In our program you can find:
- Accumulative elastic clutches (suppress shocks resulting from impact loads when starting and stopping the machine
- Damping elastic couplings (they dampen shocks and at the same time dampen oscillations resulting from fluctuating loads.
- Lamellar clutches or couplings with steel strips (compensation of longitudinal shaft movements from 4 to 20 mm, transverse shaft movements from 0.5 to 3 mm, angular shaft movements up to 2.3˚ and shaft rotation up to 1.2˚).
- Coupling with helical springs (compensates for small transverse movements of the shaft up to 1% of the outer diameter, angular movements of the shaft up to 2˚ and rotation of the shaft up to 5˚.
- Clutch with rubber inserts (compensates longitudinal shaft movements up to 3mm, small transverse and angular shaft movements and shaft rotation up to 3˚)
